Born in Costa Rica, Maria worked in the Costa Rican real estate market even before joining the Embassy of Costa Rica in Prague. She combines a lifelong knowledge of Costa Rica – its mentality and institutional processes – with years of living in the Czech Republic. She understands the goals, return expectations and risk profiles of European investors and guides them through selecting properties and development projects in Costa Rica.

Michal lived in Costa Rica from 2001 and has 25 years of personal and professional ties to the country. With a background in international business, he works with investors and developers – from selecting an opportunity through due diligence and negotiation to a safely completed purchase.
